Victor was born May 29, 1954 to Victor G. and Theresa Rogers in Gatesville. He attended McGregor schools until 1972. Victor joined the Navy in Jan 1974 and served for 3 years. Victor was one of the most honest, hard-working people you could meet. He was a fun, loving, kind, and a good-hearted man. He enjoyed watching his Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. Victor loved singing, dancing, music and everything related to it. He would often get up and dance during commercial breaks. He was proud that he was able to teach his daughters how to dance. In the last few months, he had started to learn how to play guitar by teaching himself. Victor had recently acquired his motorcycle license and looked forward to purchasing a motorcycle.
