Tracy Lynn (Rouse) Gentsch

Tracy Lynn Gentsch, 55, of Lorena, passed away on July 29, 2022 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. A funeral service and celebration of her life will be at 10 am, Thursday August 4th at Grace Gardens Funeral home with Tim Anderson, BSW Hillcrest chaplain officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. A visitation with the family will be 6-8 pm, Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Tracy was born on August 19, 1966 in Waco, TX to Myra Dean Berg and Ronald Rouse. She met the love of her life at BSW Hillcrest and married David Gentsch on March 15, 2014. Tracy loved to spend time with her family, friends, and especially enjoyed supporting her daughters in their sporting events. Tracy also deeply loved her beloved dog, Lulu.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Rouse.

She is survived by her loving husband David; children, Taylor Brackeen, Tori Brackeen, Kelsey Gentsch Allison, Katie Gentsch; mother, Myra; grandchildren, Ella Grace, Emma Faith, and Ensley Joy Allison; nieces and nephews, Krissy Behrens and husband Clint, Jason Smith and wife Sarah, Terry Rouse Jr and wife Christine, and Cheyenne Rouse; mother-in-law and father in law, Frank Gentsch Jr and Sally Gentsch; numerous great nieces and great nephews, friends and family

Pallbearers will be Jason Smith, Terry Rouse Jr., Clint Behrens, Brad Crye, Glenn Robinson, and Matt Rohrer.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Morrison, Seth Behrens, Bryce Behrens, the Lorena Leopard Varsity Volleyball team.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to BSW - Hillcrest, McClinton Cancer Center, Dr. Marc Elieson, and Dr. James “Beau” Graham.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Tori Brackeen scholarship fund at Extraco bank or the McClinton Cancer Center
