Toni Patterson

Toni Patterson, 62, longtime resident of College Station, went to be with our Lord on July 19th. Toni, a Registered Nurse, was employed by many nursing homes in the Brazos Valley. Her last position was as the Director of Nursing at Crestview Retirement Community in Bryan. Toni never worked in a nursing home, she was employed by them. With an intense passion for her profession, it was never work. She never had any patients. They were her family and she theirs.
Services will be private. Toni’s last wish was for no one to morn her death but rejoice in her life.
Toni was grateful to everyone who shared in her journey we call life, as we will be eternally grateful for her gentle touch in ours.
Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Jacqueline Bernard; and her brother, Steve Bernard.
Toni is survived by her husband, Alfred Patterson of Hewitt; sons, Richard Bernard of Key West, Florida and Randy Metscher of Battleground, Washington; daughter, Patricia Patterson of Austin; granddaughter, Hailey Faith of Austin; sister, Debbie Edson of Muncie, Indiana; and brother, Gary Bernard.
