Susan Elizabeth Whitt

Susan Elizabeth Whitt, 62, of Lorena, passed away surrounded by her loving family.  A Celebration of her Life will be 4-6pm, Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Susan was born August 7, 1959 to Ned and Margaret Whitt in Waco, Texas.  She grew up in Woodway and attended Midway High School.

Susan loved to be with her family, she was an amazing cook, and enjoyed being outside.  She was happiest and most fulfilled when she was with her grandchildren. Not only was she an awesome mom but, the best friend of her daughter. She worked at Allergan for many years, where she met a few of her dearest friends.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memories are her life partner, John Mondragon, Sr.; her children, John Mondragon, Jr., Kristen Gilbert and husband, Andrew; grandchildren, Shyann and Jaylynn Mondragon, Remy and Drake Gilbert; and her siblings.

Susan was the life of the party and could always be counted on in good times and bad! We know she is having the ultimate party with those who have welcomed her in Heaven!
