Stella (Sieminski) Nazimek

May 8, 1926 — March 8, 2023

Stella Nazimek (Sieminski) 96, of Woodway, TX passed away on March 8, 2023.
Beloved wife of Frank Nazimek, who passed away in 1991. Devoted mother of Kenneth
Nazimek and his wife Diane of Woodbridge Township, NJ, daughter Cynthia McAfee and her
husband Scott of Clifton, TX. Cherished grandmother of Susan Nazimek, Doug and Stephen
McAfee and many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Clifton, NJ where she resided for 65 years. She worked full time with the
Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company for over 25 years. She was a parishioner of St. John
Kanty Church. She later resided in Little Falls, NJ where she was an active member of the silver
club and enjoyed bus rides to Atlantic City. In 2003, she moved to Newport Beach, CA, and
thoroughly loved the ocean, sunshine and nearby Laughlin, NV. In 2015, she moved to Clifton,
TX to stay close to her family and met many new friends.
She worked hard her whole life, working full time while raising two children and volunteering at
school. She was constantly busy knitting and crocheting hats and scarfs for everyone. Upon
retirement, she produced dollhouses, birdhouses and tissue boxes from yarn for all her friends.
She was very industrious and produced over 500 knitted baby caps sending them to pediatric
hospitals all over the country.
Stella kept busy and loved travel, shopping and clothes. She enjoyed meeting new people with a
smile and a sassy remark and had common sense wisdom that young people enjoyed. Stella
loved to make people laugh. She was fortunate to enjoy good health and kept active her whole
life.
We will miss her warmth, her energy and her zest for life.

Funeral Thursday March 16 11:00AM Holy Angels Church Hall 1915 W Fifth St. Clifton TX.
