Sandra (Ramirez) Vilchez

Sandra Vilchez passed away Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019, in Houston at the age of 38.  Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, at Family of Faith Church, 4112 Memorial Drive, Waco.  Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, At Family of Faith Church, 4112 Memorial Drive, Waco, with Pastor Ruben Andrade officiating.   Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Following the interment, a reception will be held at the church.   Sandra was born Oct. 25, 1981, in Mart, Texas, the daughter of Richardo and Silvia (Flores) Ramirez.  Much of her life was spent in the health care industry as a social worker for both Providence Health Center and Baylor Scott and White, Hillcrest Hospitals.   She attended Harvest Time Revival Church.  It has been said,   Sandra was a brave and courageous women who had a heart of gold to help everyone around her.  She never gave up and always had a positive attitude about life. She was an inspiration to everyone that knew her.

Survivors include her husband, Lester Vilchez; her parents, Ricardo and Silvia Ramirez; five sons, Joshua Perez, Ivan Vilchez, Nathan Vilchez, Julian Quetz, Adam “Isaac” Salinas; a daughter, Julia Quetz; a sister, Angela Montemayor and husband Victor; a Grandson, Joel Perez; two nieces, Cynthia Montemayor, Sarah Montemayor; and nephew, Victor Montemayor.
