Sandra Kay Hill, of Hewitt, went to dance with the Lord June 22, 2012 with her family by her side at home. Funeral Services will be held Monday June 25, at 1:00 p:m:, at Grace Gardens Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Campbell Officiating. Burial will follow Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Sandra was avid in clogging and square dancing in the Waco/Speegleville area. She helped in starting The Hallieujah Cloggers. Sandra was also a member of the Brazos Valley Cloggers from 1981 until present. She was always active in her Sunday School class, and was one of the founding members of the Silver Maple Chapel in Robinson as well as the New Life Church in Waco.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Gary Hatcher and Tommy Bailey; sisters Juanita Cook and Mary Ann Schoffler.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Johhny; children Michael D. Adams and Stacey Adams, Leena Carpenter and husband, Brian, Larry Hill and wife Mary Ann, of California, Richard Hill and wife Alyssa of Georgia; numerous grandchildren; brothers James, Larry and wife Rosemary, and Jerry Hatcher; sister Rene Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
