Sadiri "Sandy" Lamug

Sadiri “Sandy” Lamug of Waco passed away on Saturday August 25, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. Funeral Services are planned in Waco for 1 PM Tuesday August 28, 2012 at St Jerome Catholic Church with Father Raj. officiating. A recitation of the Rosary will begin at 6:30 PM on Monday August 27, 2012 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home with a Visitation to follow until 9 PM.

After Funeral Service in Waco, he will be flown to Palm Springs, California in the afternoon of August 28, at Cathedral City, Forest Lawn Cemetery for burial.

Sandy was born on November 3, 1954 in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He graduated high school in University of Manila, Philippines and then came to USA in 1972 to join his parents, brother, and sisters in Palm Spring, California. He went to College of the Desert in Palm Springs for Auto Mechanic. Sandy had worked with several airlines and aerospace companies all over USA since 1984. He came to Waco in 1991 because of his job and worked with Raytheon/L3 Communications in 1991 to 2008.

He preceded in death by his parents, George and Philadelphia and also brothers, George Jr. and Ray.

Sandy is survived by his wife Nerida of 32 years, two daughters Nerissa and Nedia. Sisters Lily Cubangbang and her husband Virgilio, Regta Greenspoon and her husband Jeffrey, Mcbeth Galutira and her husband Roger, Sister-in-law Paz, and nephews and nieces.
