Rusty Stone
October 27, 1961 — June 1, 2017
Russell "Rusty" Stone left this earth for his Heavenly home on Thursday, June 1, 2017. A celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at First Baptist Church of McGregor. Private interment will follow.
Rusty was born in Waco to Douglas and Nancy (Arnold) Stone. He was an employee of Do It Best of Waco for more than 15 years. He enjoyed his job and all of his co-workers; they were his extended family.
Rusty loved the outdoors, his deer lease, and all of his very good friends. He also loved to play golf, shoot pool, and had been known to visit a casino or two. He was a Texas Longhorn fan and bled burnt orange and white.
Rusty is survived by his parents of McGregor, one brother, Ted Stone, and all "them kids" that he loved so much, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and special little people- he loved you all.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
