Ron Haddock

Ronald Glen Haddock, 67, of Waco passed away Saturday August 29, 2015. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home, 8220 Woodway Drive with Bro. Roy Marshall officiating.
Ronald Glen Haddock was born to Raymond and Bernice Haddock on April 06, 1948 in Waco Texas. He was the oldest of four children. Ron found his first love at age 8, the game of baseball. He played softball/ hardball for 59 years straight. After College on November 17, 1972 he promised to love Shelly Holt Haddock “‘til death do us part” and he kept that promise for over 42 years. Ron was a sweet hearted man who loved his children and adored his grandchildren. He was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Hewitt. He was employed for over 30 years at Brazos Roofing International. Ron enjoyed life to the fullest from swinging a bat, to sitting in a deer stand.
Ron is preceded in death by his father, Raymond George Haddock and brother, Darrell Haddock.
He is survived by his mother, Bernice Haddock, his loving wife, Shelly Haddock, two daughters; Nicole Haddock and Regan Haddock, his grandchildren; Jonathan and Hannah Haddock, his brother, Michael Haddock, his sister, Sharyn Seay and numerous nephews, nieces ,great nieces and great nephews.
