Robert Fraizer Armitage, 69, of Woodway, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, March 06, 2015. A funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 with a burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. A visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. with the family on Monday, March 09, 2015.
Robert was born in Waco, Texas at Providence Hospital. He graduated from Waco High School in 1964. He went to Hill Junior College and he also attended MCC. He was a Draftsman for Duff Engineering Company. He also worked at Marathon Battery as a Draftsman. He was a Realtor and a Real Estate Broker for Betty Bruce. Robert truly enjoyed and loved his automobiles and his truck. One of his automobiles was named The Bad Boy. He had a great time going to any car shows.
Robert is preceded in death by his mother, Esther Baird Armitage and also his grandparents and great-grandparents
Robert is survived by his Dear Belinda, his wife of 24 wonderful years. He leaves behind two sisters; Anita Sanders and her grown children; Kevin and Carla Quill and his other sister Joanie and husband Charles Messerall and her two grown daughters, Kat Sanden and Chrystal Otto. He leaves behind many childhood friends. He also leaves behind his beloved, Jet Black Racer Jeanette Girl Cat. Everyone who knew Robert loved him very much.
