Ralph Strawser Jr

Ralph Blake Strawser Jr. of Robinson TX passed away December 11, 2015 after a courageous 2 year battle with pancreatic cancer, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church Bellmead, TX, with Mass celebrated at 10:00. Burial services will immediately follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco, TX.

Ralph was born August 27, 1946 in Alliance, Ohio to Ralph and Wanda Strawser. He married Denise Doringo on June 3, 1972 in Alliance. Ralph and Denise (Deni) moved to Corpus Christi, Texas in 1978 and settled in Odem TX for 30 years before retiring and moving to Robinson to be closer to their son and grandson. Ralph worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone in Corpus Christi and retired after 38 years with AT&T. He loved to travel to Colorado to spend time with his daughter's family and friends.

Survivors include his wife of43 years, Denise; his daughter Tara Zingler and husband, Jeff, of Lakewood Colorado; his son John Strawser of Robinson, grandchildren, Kaitlin, and Anna Zingler of Colorado and Caleb Strawser ofRobinson; brother Charles and wife Janet of Teague TX; sister Sheila Strawser; brother Daniel Strawser both of Sebring Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
