Ralph Chaney

Biography

After a long fight with cancer, Ralph is no longer in pain.

Ralph A. Chaney was born on March 15, 1954 to Fred and Dorothy Chaney in Bonham, Texas. He attended schools in Paris, Texas graduating in 1973. He worked for Earth Grain and Kimberly Clark many years and his final years were spent working for Holt Cat in Waco, Texas. His great passion in life was his Harley Davidson. He and his friends took many trips together, the last one to the Grand Canyon.

He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Chaney and sister, Sylvia Ackard.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sharon Langley Chaney; their daughter, Chanci Jones of Arizona and son, David of Waco; four grandchildren, Madyson Conner, Kyle Osborne, Hayden Osborne and Alyssa Chaney; mother, Dorothy; two brothers, Keith and Jerry Chaney and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be Friday, November 4, 2011, 3:00 p.m. at Westwood Baptist Church, Woodway, Texas.
