Rachel Moore

March 11, 1917 — January 12, 2018

Rachel K. Moore, aged 100, passed away on January 12, 2018. She was residing at Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Clifton, Tx at the time of passing.

She was deeply loved and is survived by her three children, James Moore, Kathleen Baron, and Susan Skelton; 3 grand children, Lauren Baron, Ashley Peterson and Dylan Skelton; and one great grandchild, Harper Peterson.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 20th at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Woodway, TX Following the service, there will be a reception at the church to visit with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Wounded Warriors.
