Rachel Jones

Rachel G Jones passed away July 9, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family. She was devoted to her family, including her grandchildren and great grand children who were the joys of her life. She married Billy Carl “BC” Jones and had three children. She was a faithful Christian who lived as she believed and was a member of Central Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, BC Jones, her parents, Melinda and Edgar Greenhill, 6 sisters and 1 brother. Rachel “Moma J” is survived by her sister, Ruth Greenhill Girard, daughter, Sande Jones, son Jeff Jones and wife Leslye, daughter, Janet Sifers and husband Jim. Grandchildren, Brandon Lambert and wife Christina, Stacey Jones, Bailey Jones, Nicholas Jones and John Crouch, 4 great grandchildren, Christian and Reagan Lambert, Braden and Bryson Sifers along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Grace Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, July 10, 2009 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Her funeral will be at 10:00 am, Saturday July 10, 2009 at Central Presbyterian Church with burial to follow at White Rock Cemetery in Ross, TX.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Jeri Mazza and the staff at Providence Hospice for their dedication and compassion. They request that any Memorials be made to Providence Hospice or Memorial of your choice.
