Paula Hale

Paula Ann Hale, 66, of McGregor, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 25, 2014 after a short battle with leukemia. Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 29, at Waco Memorial Park with Pastor Charles Daily officiating.

Paula was born October 27, 1947 in Waco to Edmond and Marianna Carlisle. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Paula was a very active member of 6th and Adams Church of Christ of McGregor. She enjoyed the ladies Bible study group. She was an entrepreneur. She owned a small business in Waco.

She was preceded in death by both her parents, Edmond and Marianna Carlisle; and her husband of 29 years, Charles Hale.

Left to cherish her memory are her four children, Robert and Lisa Hale of Portland OR, Rick and Dedra Hale of Kingstree, South Carolina, Charyl and Larry Porter of Red Oak, TX, Eddie and Rachel Hale of McGregor; 11 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
