Norine Slade

Norine Hill Slade, 78, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013 in Katy surrounded by her family. Graveside Services will be 2:30 Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be 10:30 - noon Thursday morning at Grace Gardens Funeral Home, 8220 Woodway Dr.

Norine was born in Brenham and was a lifelong resident of Waco. She worked at Central Transportation Systems for 53 years. Norine was a devoted member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, John R. Slade

Norine is survived by her son, Bill Slade, and wife, Jaime; and her 2 grandchildren, Houston and Walker Slade, all of Katy.
