Nellie Stauffer

Nellie Louise Stauffer (79) of Hewitt passed on suddenly at home after minor surgery. Born in 1933 in Columbus, Ohio she moved to Texas in 2002.

She is survived by her Son Dr. Michael Kemp, grand daughter Danika L.M. Kemp, Daughter-in-Law Denise Kemp, and close companion Royce Gallup, all of Hewitt.

She also has other four grand children: Hillary, Amy, Buddy, and Allison plus four great grandchildren, that all live in Pennsylvania. Two sisters: Dorothy and Myrna that live in Ocala Florida and two brothers: Duke and Nicky, that live in Columbus, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by Son Joey Kemp, former husband Sam Kemp, and daughter Susan Kemp all of Wadsworth,Ohio.

Nellie was an active member and officer of VFW Post 6008 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed taking care of her veterans. It was her desires that no viewing or services be conducted. Donations on her behave can be made to: Greater Hewitt VFW Post 6008, 725 Sun Valley Blvd., Hewitt, Tx., 76643
