Maxey Russell

Maxey Ann (Schnitzer) Russell, 85 of Woodway, formally of Dallas, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016. She had requested that no services be held.

Maxey was born on Oct. 15, 1930 to Joe Maxey and Flossie Jones Schnitzer in Enid, Oklahoma. She married Ray Russell on Jan. 19, 1951 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

She enjoyed her plants and sharing them with others. She had many experiences with her European travels. Volunteered with a number of organizations and a lifetime friendship with her many bridge groups.

She leaves behind, her loving husband of 65 years, her daughter; Stephanie Baker and her husband Jim, granddaughter; Christina Leigh Schwarz and husband, Adam, great granddaughter; Kaddison Mae Schwarz all of Woodway.
