Marilyn Thompson

Marilyn F. Thompson-Norris age 58 formerly of Waco passed away Saturday July 31, 2010. Funeral Services will be Saturday 11AM August 7, 2010 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Quinton Gibson Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Doris Miller Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8PM August 6, 2010 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Marilyn was born October 12, 1951, to Johnnie and Estena McLennan. She graduated from A.J. Moore High School in 1970. She worked at AT&T for 32 years retiring in 2005. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Stone Mountain Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her parents and late husband Billy Norris.

She is survived by two sons Ryan Thompson of Atlanta, Georgia and Haywood Thompson of Dallas, Texas; a daughter Tiffany Thompson Toney of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters Carolyn Hall and Regina Reid, two brothers Johnny McLennan and Ronald McLennan Sr.; four grandchildren Jordyn and Jayden Thompson and Lorenz and Jalen Toney.
