Lisa Gail (Erwin) Khoury

Lisa Gail (Erwin) Khoury of Waco passed away Monday, July 18, 2022, at the age of 57.  Lisa's life will be celebrated with a visitation from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in the Chapel Grace Gardens Funeral Home 8220 Woodway Dr. The funeral service will be 10:00 A.M.  Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in the Chapel of Grace Gardens Funeral Home with Rev. John Durham officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Lisa was born in Dallas and grew up in Hillsboro. After attending Hillsboro high school, she started lovingly raising her family. She treasured spending time with her family, and she loved having everyone come over to the house together for holidays. She absolutely adored her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. Lisa was a selfless person who would do anything for her friends and family. Lisa loved having her morning cup of coffee with Jeff on the back patio, and in her spare time, she helped Jeff with tending their garden, making amazing desserts, visiting Shreveport and fishing.

Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Anita Carrol Rose Erwin and her father, Joe Don Erwin. She is survived by her husband of 21 years Jeff Khoury, and her eight children and seven grandchildren, Chad Degner and wife Christina and their daughters Taylor and Addyson, Hailey Michelle Bartosh and husband John and their son Jackson, Jarrod Poston and wife Coya and their son Colton, Jacob Poston, Jordan Poston, Jason Khoury and wife Violet, Brian Khoury and wife Sable and their daughters Harper, Presley and Harley, and Kevin Khoury. She is also survived by many siblings, Donna and Johnny Hawkins, Carolyn and Ronnie Martin, Steve and Nell Erwin, Jana Tyler, Scotty and Tina Erwin, and Belinda Erwin, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
