Larry Or Slaughter

Larry Or Slaughter, 65, of Waco, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020.  A Graveside Service will be in Ridge Park Cemetery, Hillsboro, 11 am, Saturday, June 6, 2020.  A Wake will be from 5 – 8 pm, Friday, June 5, 2020 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Larry was born October 19, 1954 to the late Charles and Mabel Slaughter in Hillsboro, Texas.  Larry attended Hillsboro High School.  He was a talented football player at school. He was a diligent worker, working as an independent contractor.  He was employed at Hobbs Fiber Company for the past five years.  Larry loved old cars and motorcycles.  He was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship Church under Pastor Dr. Jovaster Witcher.

Larry met and fell in love with Regina Caruthers.  They were married on January 12, 2015.  They enjoyed singing, dancing, and exercising together.  He loved to eat and trying new things.

He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Regina; son, Larry Foster; siblings, Charles Slaughter, Michael Slaughter, Sarita Slaughter; a grandson; and a host of relatives and friends.
