Kristi Nors

Kristi Nors of Iredell passed away September 17, 2021, at the age of 34.  A memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Iredell First Baptist Church with Rev. Neil Wade officiating.

Kristy was born August 12, 1987, in West, Texas, the daughter of Thomas Frank and Annette Marie (Doskocil) Nors.  She was a 2005 graduate of Hillsboro High School where she was active in the FFA Program and it has been said she was a great welder.  She continued her education at TSTC, The University of Houston and WGU.

Kristi enjoyed working in the medical profession. Her most recent employment was with Hamilton Medical Group as an Administrative Assistant for over a year.  Throughout her life, she enjoyed all kinds of animals, canning peaches and sourkrout, and cooking.  Many have said she made the best cheese cake.

Preceding her in death was her father, Tommy Nors; maternal grandfather, Robert Doskocil; paternal grandparents, Mary and Joe Nors.

Survivors include her mother, Annette Nors; two daughters, Ann Marie Orr, Zoe Danielle Orr; a brother, Bobby Nors; her fiancé, Jeremy Woody; two stepsons, Joseph Woody, Kyle Woody and a stepdaughter, Katy Woody.
