Joyce Bono

Joyce Bono age 74, of Waco passed away Friday November 9, 2012 at a local nursing facility. Graveside services will be 11AM Monday November 12, 2012 at Waco Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4PM Sunday November 11, 2012 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.

Joyce was born on July 31, 1938 to Charley and Audrey Riley. She married in August 1961 to W.T. Bono and remained a loyal wife for 30 years. They were members of Columbus Avenue Baptist Church where they taught Sunday school in the preschool department for many years. Joyce was in sales at Cox’s Department Store and Goldstein Migel. After retirement she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved attending sporting events of her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charley and Audrey Riley, her husband W.T. Bono, her twin sister Lois Riley, her brothers David and Billy Ray Riley and her sister JoAnn Posey

Joyce is survived by her son Stanley Bono, daughter Cynthia Pierce and husband O.C., a brother Hubert Riley, a sister Lorene Johnson, and her grandchildren Christopher Fuentes and wife Sarah, Kelsey Bono, Zachary and Madison Pierce, and great grandchildren Ethan Fuentes and Isabella Riley
