Joseph Edward Bondeson, 35, of Lorena, entered his heavenly home unexpectedly, early Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Services will be on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation begins at 2pm, with the Funeral Service at 3pm, with Dr. Grant Kaul officiating.
Joseph (Joe) was born December 2, 1986 to Don and Lynn Bondeson in Aurora, Colorado. The youngest of four children, he enjoyed helping his father “tinker” in the garage from an early age. After moving to Texas and growing up in Woodway, Joe graduated Midway Highschool in 2005. With a joy of learning and a journey for his passion, he attended several schools including McLennan Community College, University of Texas, Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, and ultimately graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University in 2019.
Joe had a love of motorcycles, both from an engineering mindset to racing motocross on the weekends. He founded Moto Joe Racing and spent many hours in his garage repairing anything with wheels for family and friends. Another favorite hobby was his 3D Printer, making various knick knacks for himself and others. He was fortunate to have traveled to England, China and Jamaica.
Joe will be remembered as a kind-soul, a selfless giver and an outspoken lover of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents; nephew Hunter; and great niece, Arabella.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Don and Lynn; brother, Donny (Katie); sister Lindsay; brother James; nieces and nephews Dylan (Joleen), Aliyah, Lacey, Bryce, Caitlin, Abigail and Lila; great niece Delilah; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as countless other friends.
