Jerry Forsythe

Jerry L. Forsythe, of Hewitt passed away July 13 at a local care facility. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Indiana.
Jerry was born in Roseburg, Indiana to Fay and Wilma Evans Forsythe. One of Jerry’s hobbies was collecting toy tractors. Jerry loved camping and boating. He was a volunteer fireman in Indiana. He also enjoyed spending time with his two grandsons.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and grandson Bryce.
He is survived by his wife Donna; sons Rodney and John and wife Melissa; one grandson, Jonathan; brother Larry; and special friend Ron Bennett.
The family would like to thank Bluebonnet Hospice, Royal Manor Nursing Home, Rosewood Nursing Home, Hillcrest Hospital and Scott & White Hospital.
