Jeannine McKerall

Jeannine McKerall age 81, of Woodway passed away Sunday November 6, 2011 at Providence Hospital surrounded by her family. Funeral Services will be 1PM Wednesday November 9, 2011 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery, Chalk Bluff. Visitation will be from 6 to 8PM Tuesday November 8, 2011 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.

Jeannine was born December 9, 1929 in Dawson, Texas to Z.D. and Winnie McCulloch. She graduated from Waco High School in 1947. She married Charles McKerall on September 3, 1954. They moved to New Braunfels, Texas in 1961 where they raised their family. She returned to Waco in 2003 to be closer to her family and became an active member of First Baptist Church of Woodway. She took tremendous joy in serving Mission Waco and supporting Christian Women’s Job Corps and her Sunday School Class. Jeannine could always be counted on to fill the gap whether in church service or supporting her family.

She was a beloved wife, mother, and Mama Mac to her grand children.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles of 43 years; her parents; two sisters, Faye Norman and Beth Jacks; and two brothers, James T. and Lewis Lynn McCulloch.
Jeannine is survived by two sons Will, and his wife Grace, of Woodway and Doug, and his wife Debbie, of Hunstville; and one daughter Margie Hoeffner and her husband Keith of Woodway; 5 grandchildren; Kristen and Josh McKerall and Katy, Jacob and Carolyn Hoeffner.
