Jean Elizabeth (Steakley) Zeh

Jean Zeh (Steakley) age 58 left us for heaven on Saturday, January 14th, 2023. Jean was born on April 11, 1964 in Waco, Texas. A memorial service will be Friday, January 20th, 2023 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home beginning at 7PM. A visitation will take place from 6:30 - 7PM prior to to the service.
She met her husband Bob in Waco and they married on June 24, 2006.  They shared five children and 11 grandchildren.
She was a registered nurse for many years, working at both  Hillcrest and Providence Hospitals and most recently at Waco Gastroenterology.
Jean loved going on motorcycle trips with her husband and their friends. They traveled across the country to make many memories. She loved life and always wore a smile and had a laugh that we will all remember. She loved her family and her most favorite time of the year was Christmas. She loved decorating the house and watching the joy on her children’s and grandchildren’s faces when they opened gifts.
She was a member of Renew Church in Waco.
Jean is survived by her husband Bob, her parents Claudia and Bobby Steakley, her son David (Corey), daughter Jessica (Matt), daughter Kristin (Shaun) and brother Bobby Steakley.  She also has 11 grandchildren.
