Hartley Lynn Farmer, born on Saturday October 5th, 2024, went to be with her Heavenly Father while lying in her parent’s arms at McLane Children’s Center in Temple, Texas on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024. Hartley weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Hartley’s family was blessed with her presence for three days before she went to be with Jesus. In those three days, Hartley brought more joy and love than most could bring in a lifetime.
During Hartley’s brief time on Earth, she experienced her first and only bath, kisses from family and friends, and listening to her mommy and daddy sing and pray over her.
Hartley will always be her parents’ precious baby girl, and they know they will hold her again in Heaven one day. They are at peace knowing she is forever with them in their hearts, while also being held in the arms of her Creator.
Hartley’s parents have chosen three plots where she will be laid to rest. Her mother and father will one day join her on either side. This special spot is less than 2 miles from their home.
Hartley is deeply loved and survived by her father and mother Logan and Caroline (Ross) Farmer, as well as her grandparents, Melissa and David Talbert, Calvin Ross, Jr., and Jason and Diana Farmer, uncles and aunts, Carlton and Ali Ross, Lynda Farmer, Sam and Douglas and her sweet baby cousin, Lana Rose Ross. She is also survived by her great-grandparents, Carolyn Pool, Rodney and Dorothy Talbert and Cynthia Wainwright along with many other loving family members and close friends.
Welcoming Hartley with open arms in Heaven are her Great Grandparents, David Pool, Doris Ross, Calvin Ross, Sr., Linda Green, Jack Farmer and Larry Blaine.
If anyone would like to make a donation in Hartley’s memory, please consider contributing to McLane Children’s Hospital in Temple, Texas at McLane Children's Hospital or to the Waco Animal Shelter at The Pet Circle
