Harry Edward Schreiner

     Harry “Eddy” Edward Schreiner passed away May 8, 2024. Funeral Services will be Monday, May 13, 2024, beginning at 11am at Grace Gardens Funeral Home. A time of visitation with family will take place the hour prior to the service from 10 - 11am. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. 

    Eddy was born October 27, 1954, in Dallas, Texas to Jesse Howard, Sr. and Emma Lou Blount. Harry spent most of his life in the Dallas area before moving to Waco. Harry spent many hours playing golf with friends, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and loving his many cats. Eddy worked most of his life in sales. Many of those years were with Texas Mustang Parts, where he met the love of his life, Linda. Upon his departure from Texas Mustang Parts, he went to work for Sykora Family Ford in West and later Rodina Automotive until his retirement. 

     Eddy is survived by his daughters, Cheryl (David) Jenkins and Terry (Rex) Russell, brother Jesse Schreiner, Jr., and sisters Janet (Jeff) Newkirk and Martha Schreiner. His 4 grandchildren, Aimee, Jeanie, Laci, and Lindsi. 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Nieces and nephews Jesse (Tammy) Schreiner III, Jonathon (Chelsea) Newkirk, and Jeremy (Nicole) Newkirk. Great nieces and nephews Logan Schreiner, Reagan Schreiner, Ava Newkirk. Olivia Newkirk and Jenna Finch. 

     Eddy was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven by his loving wife, Linda Schreiner, father Jesse Howard, Sr. and stepmother, Lillian Schreiner, mother, Emma Blount, and sister Laura Schreiner. 

     The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to those who have showed their love and support during this time. In lieu of flowers the family would love to offer donations to be made in Eddy’s honor to Gloryland Waco church at Glorylandwaco.com  where he was a member for many years.
