Biography

GERALD EBERSOLE HINELINE

Jerry Hineline, of Bruceville passed away December 15, 2011. A memorial service will be held at Lorena United Methodist Church in Lorena on _December 21 at 2pm. Burial following at Central Texas Veterans Cemetary in Killeen, Tx.

Jerry was born November 11, 1939 in Lancaster, Pa. to Edwin and Mildred Hineline, Sr. He graduated from Frankfort American High School in Frankfort, Germany and from MCC in Waco, Tx. Jerry served in the Air Force from 1962-1965. He was a police officer for 40 years with service in the Waco and Woodway police departments and McLennan County Sherrifs Department. He was a member and Chaplain of the Blue Knights Chapter XI, a motorcycle organization for both active and retired police officers.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Mildred Hineline, Sr. and brother Edwin Hineline, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Hineline, of Bruceville, daughter, Beckie Lasseter and husband Jerry of Waco, step-daughter, Dawn Montgomery and husband Monnie of Georgetown, Step-son, Mark Dillon and wife Toyia, step-son, Sammy Pearson and wife Megan of Oklahoma City, Ok. Five grandchildren, Brandon Hensley, Ashlee Montgomery, Elizabeth Dillon Herman and husband Tyler, Chloe Mills, and Kinley Dillon; and many nieces and friends.

Any memorials made be made to the American Cancer Society.
