Franklin Galbreath

The country lost another member of the “Greatest Generation“ when Franklin B. Galbreath went to be with his beloved wife, Patty and to reunite with his shipmates of the 29th Seabees. Frank passed away peacefully at the age of 96 with family by his side on Sept. 25th. He is survived by three step children, Vivian Karen Greenawalt and husband, Phil and Drew Willis and wife, Sherri of Waco, and Suzie Persinger of Atlanta Ga.

Born of Lester Galbreath and Olive McMahen in Columbiana, Ohio; Frank leaves behind a brother, Jack Guy of Ohio and a niece, Cindy Wilson of Mn. Grandchildren include; Kimberly Williams of Ms., Mike Willis and wife Brianna, Cory Simpson,  Tammy Herrera, April Robinson and husband Jim and Melanie Swindle all of Tx., Carrie Lingerfelt of Ga., and Ryan Bourgeois of NC. His six great grandchildren; Krystal Williams, Kyleigh Herrera, Nick Willis, Kaitlyn McCarver, all of Tx., Tailor Lingerfelt of Al. and Cody Lingerfelt of Ga.
