Frances Ruth (Smith) Wiggins

Frances Ruth Wiggins went to be with the Lord November 16th, 2023. A Memorial Service will be Thursday, November 30, 11am at Grace Gardens Funeral Home with a time of visitation with family beginning at 10am the hour prior.   She loved her God, family and friends.  She was preceded by her husband of more than 60 years, Robert R. Wiggins and her youngest sister Kristine Smith.  Her memory will live on in her, two sons, four grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

Fran Wiggins leaves behind Legacy of serving God through serving others.  She loves being able to cook meals for people and host people in her home.  Her last days were spent caring for her husband and loving on her great grandchildren, and being loved by her children and grandchildren.
