On March 26th, 2023 Fabian Vasquez has preceded family and loved ones in life. His passing was unexpected and our hearts are saddened.
Fabian was born in Uvalde county Texas on July 18th 1967 to Juana Vasquez – Rendon. Fabian's Step-Father Jose Rendon. His Sister is Mickey Vasquez Martinez and her husband Tony, two brothers Juan Vasquez and his wife Terry, and Jose Rendon Jr, Fabian has Rose Gombos (his Sister-in-love) and her husband Frank Gombos, Mark Randle (his Brother-in-love) and wife Mary Ann Randle. He has a multitude of nephews and nieces left behind.
His childhood had him working and helping his grandmother and mother with chores and odd jobs in town. As an adult Fabian served in both the US National Guard and in the Army during Desert Storm specializing in Heavy weapons. He served several years in the Army leaving in 2002 with honorable discharges. He spent much of his career years as a truck driver in Central Texas and parts of Oklahoma. After becoming disabled from military service he found new love in serving YHWH and was given spiritual parents (Ron and Donna) to help guide him and grow in faith. Donna and Ronald Mckown precede Fabian in death. Ron and Donna have two adopted sons John Wayne preceding Fabian in death and surviving Bruce Wesley both men acting as brothers to Fabian. Fabian assisted this family with church events, services, and prison ministry. While serving in a ministry capacity Fabian leaves behind many “brothers” and “sisters” that are too numerous to name.
In 2015, Fabian married Ellen at Season's of our Joy (Sukkot). Fabian and Ellen shared in marriage a son Zackarey Ross. Fabian's previous marriage gave him 2 other children, Patrick and Jesus.
In time Fabian and his wife have become lead in the prison ministry for Fellowship Church of Hewitt serving Texas inmates in Faith and providing Passover packages that they may participate in Passover while incarcerated. Fellowshiping, guiding, and writing inmates as a part of the ministry.
Fabian was the owner-operator of BirdsNest Shredding. Operating in the McLennan county area from 2017 until death.
Fabian had the biggest heart and smile, he was often referred to as a guardian and he was always willing to help people, and see the best in them. Fabian leaves behind his wife Ellen, children, siblings, mother, and a long list of other family, as well as a community full of loving friends and family that ministry and church brought to him throughout his life.
