October 1, 1962 — February 23, 2010

Gerald Douglas Eaton, of Waco, passed away Feb. 23, 2010. A visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 26, from 6-8 p.m. at Red Man Museum and Library located at 4521 Speight Avenue in Waco, TX 76711. On Saturday, Feb 27, from 12-2 p.m. there will be a second visitation at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.

Doug was born Oct. 1, 1962 in Waco. He lived his life through his music and his close friends, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Doug lived life to the fullest every day. He always enjoyed playing drums and encouraging Red to record his music. His band "Rebel Red' was his dream.

Doug is survived by his wife, Sarah Eaton; her children Robert Mathis and wife Jaicee, and Krystal Ratliff and husband B.J.; four grandchildren; his father Gerald Eaton and wife Deborah; grandmother Pauline "Granny" Eaton; and nephew Chris Eaton and wife Destiny.
