Dorothy Mitchell, 92, of Waco, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her residence. A private family service will be held at a later date.

Dorothy was born February 6, 1921 in Omaha, Nebraska to Arthur M. Smith and Deffie Fowler Smith. She graduated from Waco High School in 1940. Dorothy was a Secretary at Wolfe Wholesale Florist for over 30 years when she retired in 1978.

She is survived by her husband, Orville Mitchell; and her two sons, Lee Roger Mitchell and Marc Brian Mitchell.
