David Ramirez Jr., 46, of Waco passed away unexpectedly Friday, October 14, 2022 with his family by his side. A visitation with his family will be from 6-7pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home. A Celebration of his life will follow at 7pm.
David was born in Waco, Texas on September 1, 1976 to David and Rosita Ramirez. He attended Waco schools. He was currently working at Baylor University with Aramark.
David enjoyed fishing, BBQing, cleaning, and family time. He loved to have a clean house and a clean car. He cherished his wife, Enriqueta, and took amazing care of her. David was a genuine family man, he face timed his sisters daily and had nick names for each of them. His loving kindness will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. David was also a jokester. He loved to make tik toks to make others laugh. He was a joy to be around.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Earl Martinez
Left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife, Enriqueta; children, Tarina Ramirez, David Ramirez III, Vanessa Martinez, Mariah Reyes, John Reyes and wife Shelby, siblings, Johnny “black boy” Ochoa, Jr, Rose “Rosita para que” Ochoa, Pearl “Ay Perla” Perez, Monica “Big Jive” Ramirez, Michelle “tha cute sis” Ramirez; 7 grandchildren, his best friend, Gunner James “Gun Gun” Ramirez; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews, Daniel and Christopher Ochoa, Jimmy Salinas, Jr, Oscar and Justin Perez, Jonathan Treviño, Moises Perez, and Robert Gonazales III.
