Dalia Garcia

Dalia Garcia, 49, of McGregor passed way Tuesday in a local hospital. Memorial Services will be 11:30 Saturday January 4, 2013 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation with the family will be 6p-8p Friday in the chapel of Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Dalia was born July 16, 1964 in Mathis, Texas to the late Martin and Alejandra Sepeda Garcia Sr. Dalia graduated from McGregor High School in 1982. She was employed by Smead Manufacturing in McGregor for 28 years. At the time of her death, she was employed at Kids Stop in McGregor.

Dalia was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Martin Garcia Jr.

Ms. Garcia is survived by her husband Billy Wayne Brown of McGregor; daughter Samantha Alexandra Brown of Belton; son Adam Wayne Brown of McGregor; brothers Samuel Garcia and wife Norma of Abilene, Edward and Daniel Garcia of McGregor; sisters Susana Gilmore and husband Rick of Robinson, and Melinda Marquez of McGregor.She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Dalia also is survived by her beloved dog Georgia.
