Cynthia Otter

Cynthia Ann Otter age 52, of Waco passed away on Friday January 4, 2013 at a local hospital. Memorial Services will be 6PM Tuesday January 8, 2013 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.

Cynthia was born on May 15, 1960 in Harris County to Richard and Ann Ingle. She graduated from Sam Rayburn High School. She married her soul mate Paul Otter on July 14, 1979. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband Paul, her father Richard and her Grandmother Viva Cockrell.

Cynthia is survived two sons Jeromy Otter and his wife Mindy and Matthew Otter and his wife Neelie; a daughter Ashley Escobedo and her husband Jose; her mother Ann Sissell, a sister Sandra Keller and 5 grandchildren.
