August 18, 1955 - December 18, 2016

Cecil Ross Shook, 61, of Hewitt passed away December 18, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was cremated according to his wishes. A celebration of his life will be at a later date.

Cecil was born in Marlin August 18, 1955 to C.J. and Nannie Shook, he was the youngest of four children. He married Vicki Kinsey August 15, 1975. Cecil was a devoted and loving husband and father. He was a loyal employee at Allergan for over 20 years. He loved to read and study history. Cecil loved collecting various things, but most of all he loved the freedom of two wheels. You could often find him riding and working on his Harely Davidsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cecil is survived by his wife, Vicki Shook; son, Joseph Lee Shook; sister, Nancy Radle; brothers, Howard and Russell Shook.
