Carolyn Jurgensen

Carolyn Leona Krayer, 87, of Waco went to be with the Lord Friday, July 15, 2011 at Eden House.

A Memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, in Memphis, TN at Christ the King Lutheran Church with Rev. Charles Neugebauer officiating.

Carolyn was born October 27, 1923 in Memphis, TN. She married the love of her life, Donald W. Jurgensen in 1946. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and recently Peace Lutheran Church in Woodway. She was a devoted wife and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of almost 65 years; Donald Jurgensen, two sons; Don Jurgensen and wife Debby of Waco, Mike Jurgensen and wife Cindy of Germantown, TN., grandchildren; Katy Svoboda and husband Sean, Josh Jurgensen and wife Julia, Luke Jurgensen and wife Caroline, Carrie Anne Jurgensen, Cathleen Bowie and husband Andrew, and Cassie Jurgensen, and also 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, any memorials may be made to First Baptist Woodway Missions, Woodway, TX, Christ the King Lutheran Church in Memphis, TN, or Peace Lutheran Church in Woodway, TX.
