Carole Lee Wallace, 77, went peacefully to the Lord on February 8, 2018 surrounded by family and friends.A celebration of her life will be 11 a.m., Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Crossroads Fellowship, 405 Estates Dr. in Woodway, with Steve and Cydni Abbe officiating.
Born May 28, 1940 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Robert Lee Duncan and Lorraine Fornez Duncan (Edwards). She attended Odessa High School and pursued her cosmetology license. Carol moved to Waco, Texas in 1986 where she passionately worked as a hair stylist till 2015.
Carole, known by most as Mimi, loved deeply and had a vivacious spirit. From driving boats, camping, arrowhead hunting, antiquing, dancing or just drinking coffee. Her lipstick and rouge was always flawless.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lorraine Duncan; son, Larry Joel Henley Jr.; brothers, Thomas West Duncan (Tom), James West Duncan (Jim) and Robert Lee Duncan; sister, Clois Petty; nephew, Robert Lee Petty.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine and husband Clint Hill; daughter in law, Kelly Henley; grandchildren, Kara Malone (Hill), Sarah Channon (Hill), Cy Henley, Crystal Trolinger; five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
