With heavy hearts and minds woven with memories, we celebrate the life of Carol Lyn Stine, born February 1, 1972, in Flemington, New Jersey. Carol graced this world for 53 beautiful years, embodying kindness, wisdom, and an infectious wit that left a mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carol, a beloved daughter of Elaine Csisek, went to her eternal rest on March 19, 2025, in Waco, Texas.
Raised in West Portal, New Jersey, Carol blossomed into a compassionate soul, nurturing those around her with warmth and love. It was in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, in the year of 1999, where fate intertwined her path with that of Michael Stine, her dedicated husband. They married in May 2000, embarking on a journey enriched with laughter, adventure, and unbreakable support for 25 loving years.
An accomplished activity director in nursing facilities both in N.J. and TX, Carol dedicated her career to illuminating the lives of elderly residents through her joy and compassion. Her desire to help others drove her to pursue an associate degree in medical billing and coding at McLennan Community College in Waco.
Carol found happiness in the simplest joys: shared movie, a Sunday drive, lounging in the sun, and the grace of crafting. She thrived as a proud “dog mom,” cherishing the unconditional love of her fur babies. But above all, it was the company of loved ones that filled her heart to its brim, leaving an indelible sparkle in the lives she touched.
Carol is proceeded in death by, her Father: John Csisek, Grandmother; Anna Hoeft, Aunts; Margaret Glakin and Dorothy Hockman, Cousin; Andrew Glackin.
Carol’s exquisite spirit will echo in our hearts, igniting smiles and fond memories. She leaves behind her loving husband, Michael; her devoted mother, Elaine; her treasured brothers, John (and wife Dawn) and Jeff (and wife Julie); and her beloved nephews, Jake, TJ, and Anthony.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Harris and the compassionate staff at Texas Oncology, Community Healthcare of Texas and in-laws, Rocky and Rhe Stine, Victoria Shepard, along with her dear friends Tracy and Darrell Thompson, Rebecca Murphy, and Denise Joyner for their unwavering support and care.
In remembrance of Carol, we invite all those whose lives she enriched to join us for a Funeral Service on March 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM, celebrating her extraordinary journey. There will be a reception to follow. As we gather to honor Carol's life, let us remember her radiant smile, her fearless motivation, and the love that she so freely shared with the world. She may have departed from our sight, but her love and laughter remain, forever a part of us.
