Brenda (Wrinkle) Zimmerman

Brenda Zimmerman passed away Friday May 17, 2019, at the age of 57.  A memorial service will be 2:30 P.M. Tuesday May 21, 2019, in the Chapel of Highland Baptist Church, 3014 Maple Ave, Waco with Rev. John Durham officiating.

Brenda was born October 20, 1961, in Corsicana, Texas, the daughter of the late Alvin Ray and Barbara Jo (Schulte) Wrinkle where she was a 1979,  graduate of Corsicana High School.  She continued her education at the University of North Texas in Denton and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Math Education in 1983.  On December 19, 2015, she married Steven Zimmerman in McGregor, Texas.

Throughout her life, she enjoyed creating beautiful homes with home and holiday décor. She loved the medical field and always wanted to leave a positive influence on the patients.

She was a member of Highland Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Steve Zimmerman; two sons, Jason David Stark, Joshua Charles Stark;  stepsons, Corey Scott Zimmerman and wife Anna, Cyle Shane Zimmerman and wife LeAnna; a brother, Joe Ray Wrinkle and wife Angela; a sister, Belinda Gail Acock and husband Billy; grandson, Oliver Zimmerman; nieces and nephews Erin and Eric Wrinkle, Mindi Comeaux and husband Adam, Deanna Spooner and husband Steven; aunts and uncles, Sandy and Otis Perryman, Dollie and Lloyd Ander and other family and friends.
