Ann Streza

Ann Marie Streza, 83, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 18, 2016. A memorial service will be held April 30, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at Woodway Methodist Church in Waco, Texas.

Ann was born June 30, 1932 in Alliance, Ohio to John J, Cojocar and Emma (Stefenel) Cojocar. Ann was raised in Alliance, Ohio and was a graduate of Alliance High School in 1950. Ann married the love of her life, Calvin Streza, in 1957 and lived in Alliance until 2003. In 2003 she moved to Waco, Texas to be closer to her sons.

Ann's greatest joy in life was raising her two sons, Brett and Corey, while enjoying the company of their many friends that filled their home with laughter and fond memories. Ann served as a teacher's aide for the Alliance City School District and was a long time member of the Methodist Church. Her hobbies included collecting antiques, refinishing furniture, attending musical concerts, reading and spending time with friends.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Streza, her son Bretton Streza, and her brother John Cojocar, Jr.

She is survived by her son Corey and wife Sherri Streza, her daughter-in-law Loretta Streza, two granddaughters, Nicole Marie Streza and Shannon Brooke Streza, her brother Jordan and wife Patty Cojocar, her sister Mary Jane and husband Michael Yukich, her sister-in-law, Nancy Cojocar, nephews Chris (Margie) Cojocar, Bill Cojocar, Terry (Barbara) Cojocar, and Eric (Shelly) Yukich and her niece Marisa Yukich.
