Alice Dixon

Alice Dixon age 89, of Waco passed away on Tuesday December 11, 2012 at a local nursing facility. Funeral Services will be 11AM Friday December 14, 2012 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. A private interment will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 6 to 8PM at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Alice was born on April 21, 1923 in Gatesville, Texas to Archie and Agnes Hughes. She was a loving Christian wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Alice was a true blessing to anyone who ever had the honor of knowing her. Always comforting others in time of need, had a great sense of humor, loved playing games and was a fantastic cook.

She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer O. Dixon, son Kenneth Dixon.

Alice is survived by son Russell Dixon and wife Dianne, son Tim Dixon and wife Janna, daughter Paula Johnson and husband Ben, daughter Celia Ramsey and husband Bobby, 17 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.
