Aldo Costa, 59, went on to be with his Beloved Savior Jesus Christ on October 16th 2020. A Celebration of Life service will be 12 pm noon, Central Standard Time, Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at Radiant Church in Waco TX. The Service will be LIVE STREAMED with access to the link on Nicole Costa Henderson or Micah Costa Facebook pages for you to join us remotely. The family will have a private burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco.
Aldo was born in Montreal, Canada to his parents Giovanni and Yolanda Costa. He was brother to Anthony Costa and Mary Costa Catania, husband to Lucie Costa, father to Nicole Henderson and Micah Costa and father in law to Micah Henderson.
Aldo has left a beautiful legacy behind as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was an Itinerant Evangelist for 7 years and a Worship and Associate Pastor for 21 years. His passion was worshiping His Lord and bringing others into God’s Presence. He was fully devoted to loving God and loving people inside and outside of the Church walls. Everywhere Aldo went, he shared the love and hope of Jesus Christ as the Holy Spirit led him. He was not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ!
Aldo was an avid fisherman, especially on the Cowlitz River in Washington state where he and his fishing buddies would catch fish and make lasting memories. Aldo loved to cook and was always ready to host through good food and fellowship, creating a family atmosphere for all who were with him. He really was a people person and had an incredible way of making people feel valued and loved.
Last but not least Aldo was an incredibly Godly husband who was fully comitted to his wife Lucie, loving her as God designed a man to love his wife. They were truly partners in all things and married for 32 amazing years! He loved his children with all of his heart and set the greatest example for them to love the Lord with all of their heart and to love others as they would love themselves. He exemplified to them to ‘just keep going’ one step at a time with the Lord no matter what comes.
He was a strong man of faith and stood firm in all circumstances on the Word of God without wavering.
A hard worker in every area of his life, Aldo fulfilled the assignments of the call of God on his life in an honorable way making sure all glory was always given to the Lord.
Knowing Aldo’s love and devotion to Jesus, he was surely welcomed into Eternity into the loving arms of Jesus and heard the words, ‘Well done, thy good and faithful servant.’
The family would like to thank everyone who has reached out and supported us through prayer and encouragement and especially the wonderful people at Radiant Church where Aldo served at last.
Any monetary contributions can be made via a Gofund Me that has been set up for the Costa family expenses @ Silvia Di Meglio Dixson’s Facebook page.
