Ahlame "Ali" Qourzal

Ahlame “Ali” Qourzal passed away Wednesday November 25, 2020, in Austin.  Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday December 8, 2020, in the Parlor of Grace Gardens Funeral Home, 8220 Woodway Dr.  The funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday December 9, 2020, the Chapel of Grace Gardens Funeral Home with Dr. Doug Hankins officiating.  Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

Ali was born April 11, 1994, in Malaga, Spain, the daughter of Abderrahmane and Habiba (Ihouaoui) Qourzal.  She attended grammar school in Torremolinos, Spain and continued her education at EADE University in Malaga, Spain where she earned a BBA in 2017.  After graduating, she attended the EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain, where in 2018 she earned her Master’s of International Business in conjunction with Pace University (Lubin School of Business) in New York City.  In 2018, she moved to Austin where she was employed by Enterprise Holdings and was most recently promoted to Assistant Branch Manager.   Throughout her life, she enjoyed traveling, sampling international cuisine, playing tennis and engaging in photography.  She also enjoyed the highest level of fashion.

Survivors include her parents, Rev. Abderrahmane and Habiba Qourzal; two brothers, Honorable Amine Qourzal and wife Lisa, Anis Qourzal and wife Jessica; a sister, Amal Qourzal. Also surviving are six nieces and nephews, Abbie, Ava, Aaron, Lucia, Gabriel and Leo Qourzal.
